Critical Software Wins Prestigious Innovation & Technology Award

Now in its 15th year, the Test Valley Business Awards champion excellence across the south of the UK. From more than 200 entries in 2019, 18 companies were shortlisted as finalists.

The Innovation & Technology category celebrates the very best companies applying new ideas and technologies that make a real difference to the world. Critical Software’s expertise in the smart meter sector has seen it support a programme that will result in 53 million gas and electric meters rolled out across the UK.

A range of smart meter companies now rely on Critical’s test products and software development services, and an exciting UK first will allow businesses to access energy data generated from smart meters - paving the way for an innovation boom.
